How to become an approved Matchii vendor. Full process from registration to active status.

Matchii works with vendors who provide technology, professional services, and operational support. Most vendors are onboarded within 2 weeks.

Onboarding process

| 1. Registration | Day 1 | Submit vendor form with company info, tax ID, services |
| 2. Compliance review | 3–5 days | Security reviews SOC 2, DPA, insurance docs |
| 3. Commercial setup | 3–5 days | Legal sends MSA, finance sets up payment |
| 4. Active status | Day 10–14 | Added to vendor directory, can receive POs |
Compliance requirements
Upload all documents through the vendor portal.

Payment & invoicing
- Terms: Net 30. Net 15 under $10K/year.
- Methods: ACH, wire, international wire.
- Invoicing: Submit to
ap@matchii.aiwith PO number. - Currency: USD default. EUR/GBP available.
